About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and guide our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be able to work on LinkedIn marketing, SEO(Search Engine Optimization), Google Analytics, website lead generation, keyword research, and content/design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
This role requires someone who can both execute and strategically advise on marketing growth.
Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and grow company LinkedIn presence
- Plan and schedule engaging posts
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles (company & leadership)
- Generate B2B leads (especially Salesforce-related prospects)
- Run LinkedIn campaigns (if needed)

SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform keyword research (especially for Salesforce support services)
- Optimize website content for SEO
- Improve search engine ranking
- Work on on-page and basic technical SEO
- Track website performance and suggest improvements

Google Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior
- Track conversions and leads
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Suggest data-driven marketing improvements

Content Creation & Design
- Create marketing posts using Canva / Photoshop
- Design social media creatives
- Assist in website content improvements
- Create blogs or guide content strategy

Strategy & Marketing Guidance
- Develop a clear marketing roadmap
- Identify target audience in USA & Europe markets
- Suggest paid marketing strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads – optional)
- Improve brand positioning in Salesforce services niche
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of SEO & keyword research
- Who can understand Google Analytics & Search Console
- Who can understand LinkedIn B2B marketing
- Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop
- Good understanding of US & European B2B market
- Strong communication skills
- MBA /BE Graduate or Any Graduate, Freshers with no experience can also apply
