Overview

We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Integration Specialist with expertise in Intelligent Data Processing (IDP) to design, develop, and implement integration solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, and AI-driven document/data processing solutions using tools like MuleSoft RPA, MuleSoft IDP, OCR/Document Understanding frameworks, and GenAI-assisted data processing.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, implementing end-to-end integration flows, and building intelligent workflows for document extraction, transformation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Design & Development

• Design and build APIs using API-led architecture (System, Process, Experience APIs).
• Develop integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, DataWeave, Connectors, and RAML.
• Implement Intelligent Data Processing (IDP) capabilities such as:
  • Document ingestion
  • OCR extraction
  • Entity extraction & classification
  • Data validation and enrichment
  • Human-in-the-loop workflows (where applicable)

2. Implement Intelligent Document Processing Workflows

• Configure and integrate MuleSoft RPA & IDP modules.
• Build complex extraction flows using:
  • OCR engines (Tesseract, Abbyy, AWS Textract, Google Vision)
  • GenAI models for unstructured data parsing
• Implement validation rules, error handling, and quality checks in data extraction flows.

3. API Management & Lifecycle

• Publish, secure, and govern APIs using Anypoint API Manager.
• Apply policies, rate-limiting, throttling, IP whitelisting, and SLAs.
• Perform monitoring and analytics using Anypoint Monitoring/Exchange.

4. Collaboration & Solutioning

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration & automation requirements.
• Convert business requirements into technical designs, sequence diagrams, and integration flows.

5. Deployment and DevOps

• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket.
• Deploy APIs to CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• Maintain version control and environment configuration.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• 2–7 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Strong in DataWeave, flows, error handling, MUnit, and API design.
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing using:
  • MuleSoft IDP
  • OCR/AI-based document parsing (AWS Textract / Google Vision / Azure Cognitive OCR)
  • NLP for structured & unstructured data extraction
• Experience integrating with databases, REST/SOAP, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or similar systems.

Nice-to-Have

• MuleSoft Developer Certification (MCD-Level 1/2)
• Experience with:
  • MuleSoft RPA Builder
  • GenAI integrations using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI
  • Any low-code BPM platforms (e.g., Camunda, Appian)
