About the Client

Centra Healthcare Solutions is a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing organization in the United States. The company specializes in connecting skilled clinicians with healthcare facilities nationwide. With hundreds of openings across varying disciplines and a fast-moving recruitment cycle, Centra required a modern, streamlined way for facility partners to collaborate, review job submissions, track applicants and communicate efficiently with their account manager.

Client Requirement

Centra needed a centralized digital portal where their healthcare facility partners could:

  • View all open job requisitions with complete details
  • Submit new job openings through a guided, structured form
  • Review applicants linked to each job
  • Update job-related information such as number of openings
  • Request assistance or communicate directly with their assigned Account Manager
  • Take important actions like closing a job
  • Access all of this in a clean, intuitive, and mobile-responsive interface
  • Ensure all data flows securely and in real time into Salesforce

The client wanted this solution to be built on Salesforce Digital Experience / Sites, allowing external users to interact with job data without exposing the internal CRM.

Our Approach & Solution Architecture

To meet Centra’s needs, Praxiom Services designed a unified job-management portal. The architecture included:

1. Digital Experience / Sites–Based User Layers
  • Custom pages were built using Visualforce, Apex, and CSS to create a polished, application-like UI.
  • A lightweight authentication model allowed secure access for Centra’s client users.
  • All job data was queried and updated directly within Salesforce in real time.

  • A consistent theme with Centra’s branding
  • Mobile-responsive layouts for tablets & desktops

1. Job List Dashboard (Enhanced Partner Job Console)

The Job List Dashboard is the core of the portal and provides a comprehensive, real-time overview of all active job requisitions associated with the facility user. Built with a data-focused layout, it displays essential job attributes such as:

  • Job Title
  • Facility / Account
  • Discipline
  • Setting Type
  • Location (City, State, Zip)
  • Number of Openings
  • Shift
  • Job Number
  • Applicant List Shortcut

Beyond basic listing, the dashboard offers several power features:

Inline Editing of Openings

Users can instantly adjust the number of openings without navigating away.
A modal opens with:

  • Job title reference
  • Editable input for updating openings
  • Save and Cancel actions

This allows facility partners to keep their job requisition data accurately updated as hiring needs evolve.

Job Applicant Preview

Each job record includes a View All >>> link that opens an interactive modal showing:

  • Applicant Name
  • Applicant ID
  • Current Stage
  • Days in Stage
  • Professional Discipline

Scrolling inside the modal enables viewing large applicant lists without leaving the main page.

Job Closure Workflow

Users can close a job through a confirmation popup, ensuring action accuracy and preventing accidental closure.

Data Freshness & Real-Time Updates

All updates reflect instantly in Salesforce, so Centra’s internal recruiting team sees the changes immediately.

2. Submit New Job Page

This structured job submission form allows facilities to quickly create new requisitions with all required fields:

  • Facility Name
  • City, State, Zip
  • Setting Type
  • Job Type
  • Professional Discipline
  • Start Date
  • Hours Per Day, Hours Per Week
  • Guaranteed Hours
  • New Grad Accepted
  • Number of Openings
  • Additional Information

Field validation ensures complete and high-quality job data entry.
Once submitted, a new job record is created in Salesforce and routed to the recruitment team for processing.

3. Applicant Review Module

A modal popup shows detailed applicant information so the client user can track hiring progress.
Details include:

  • Applicant identifiers
  • Current stage (Phone Interview, Pre-Credentialing, Offer, etc.)
  • Days spent in the stage
  • Relevant discipline & job number

This provides full visibility into recruitment pipeline progress.

4. Contact Account Manager Page

A dedicated communication form lets users:

  • Enter a subject
  • Write an email body
  • Directly send a message to their assigned Centra Account Manager

This replaces fragmented email chains with a structured Salesforce-driven communication flow.
